In order to achieve that STC is committed to:
Eliminating QHSE non-conformance and occupational accidents, injuries, ill-health by evaluating and taking timely actions on Corrective and Preventive actions and adapting an active HAZARD analysis and Risk Assessment system.
Developing and preparing Emergency rescue plans for recovery from any kind of crisis. Minimize our impact on the environment including pollution through recovery, recycling and reducing natural resource consumption. Working in a spirit of consultation and cooperation with the workers and Maintain ISO 9001:2015 certifications.
Setting performance objectives, and continually improving processes, services and product quality. Providing the necessary resources (training, equipment, human and financial).Assessing and managing risks for all individuals on our work locations. Meeting and exceeding all applicable legal and other requirements to which STC Subcontractors.
Implementing QHSE management systems with a focus on identifying and assessing hazards, implementing measures to control the hazards. Continuous improvement by assessing and applying the industry’s best standards.
